WOW! Most incredible hotel we have ever stayed at, and easily the best in Tokyo. We booked a Gold Suite, and we got gold treatment. It was a level of luxury incomparable to anywhere else we have stayed (and we have stayed at the Atlantis the Royal). Just so incredible, from an amazing executive lounge with so many staff to attend to your needs, a huge room that could fit my whole family, and everything was clean and perfect. They gave us a breakfast box to go because we were checking out before we could enjoy the breakfast buffet. We will return again !!!

Our stay at the Fairmont Tokyo was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. The service was exceptional throughout our stay, and every interaction felt genuine and thoughtful. The hotel itself is beautiful, with fantastic amenities and elegant design. What I loved most, though, was returning after a full day of exploring the energy and excitement of Tokyo to the peaceful waterfront views. It created such a calming atmosphere and made it feel like you could truly unwind, rather than being surrounded by the hustle and bustle of the city. It was the perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and tranquility. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo.

This was our best stay in Tokyo, with excellent views of Tokyo Tower! The hotel offers great luxury and an excellent place to relax after a long day exploring Tokyo. The folks at The Fairmont Tokyo are helpful as always and warm and welcoming.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100 out of 10!!! The Fairmont Tokyo is on another level. We’ve stayed in some of the most unique and exclusive properties on earth, and somehow the Fairmont Tokyo still managed to reset the bar. This wasn’t just a great hotel stay, it was the most incredible city stay we’ve ever had, anywhere. From the moment we walked in, everything felt unreal in the best way. The storybook‑perfect windows framing Tokyo Tower look like something out of a dream. The rooms are so thoughtfully designed that you feel yourself exhale the second you step inside. And the beds...I don’t know what kind of sorcery they’re using, but they melt like butter and erase jet lag on contact. Service is where they truly separate themselves. Every interaction felt warm, intuitive, and above‑and‑beyond without ever being over the top. It’s rare to feel both completely taken care of and completely at home, but they’ve mastered that balance.

I’ve been traveling the world my whole life and have stayed in 5 star resorts all over. This was hands down one of the best big city hotel stays I’ve ever had. The room and hotel was gorgeous, pool and spa was superb, food outstanding, and much more. The secret bar was a huge plus as well. Well done Fairmont!

My stay at Fairmont Tokyo was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived until the moment I checked out, I genuinely felt like royalty. Every detail of the experience reflected care, refinement, and a level of hospitality that is increasingly rare to find.The hotel itself is stunning — brand new, impeccably clean, modern, elegant, and thoughtfully designed in every respect. The attention to detail throughout the property is remarkable, from the beautifully curated interiors to the calm, luxurious atmosphere that makes you immediately feel at ease. The elevated views over Tokyo only add to the experience. What truly made the stay unforgettable, however, was the people. Jane at the front desk was absolutely fabulous — warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure every aspect of my stay was perfect.Housekeeping maintained the room flawlessly each day, always with incredible care and precision. The bell staff were consistently courteous, welcoming, and eager to assist. A very special thank you as well to Elaine del Rosario from in-room dining, who went above and beyond throughout my stay. No request ever felt too small or too ridiculous — every need was met with kindness, efficiency, and grace. That level of personalized service is what transforms a beautiful hotel into a truly memorable experience. Yet as a vegetarian, the food choices were very limited and the spa far too pricey. Nonetheless, bravo!

The best Fairmont I’ve been to! Amazing property, very professional staff and gorgeous views! Loved the speakeasy vinyl bar too. Highly recomment. Gold club experience is worth it too.

Pool and gym were a highlight. Staff was very friendly. Room as super Zen, loved the Rain Shower in room. Grabbed the Tokyo Tower side!
