Valet attendants super accommodating. Staff was friendly all around. Room was fantastic with lots of accent lighting. On the weekend, front door attendants are there to keep out undesirables. Pool was clean, servers are hot and food is freshly grilled on the spot.

The hotel is very new and clean but the water pressure is extremely low. As well as, the pool water temperature was very cold unswimabl. Staff in general good but lacking hospitality experience and professionalism overall.

The hotel is in the middle of the entertainment district so if you don’t mind listening to loud base until 2am It’s a great hotel. Only my sweatshirt was also ran over with the luggage cart and though the hotel had it sent out for dry-cleaning, it was unable to be cleaned and nothing was offered in replacement for the item of clothing I lost.

If u r ever staying in the Scotsdale area u must stay at The REMI. It is a beautiful hotel, very modern and clean. The beds r amazingly comfortable and staff is very attentive, friendly and helpful, namely Mitzi and Sophia were great!! All shops and restaurant steps away. I have not enjoyed another hotel this much in a very long time.

Property was next to several clubs. Bass didn’t stop until two am. Moved us to a different room that was better after the first night

Nice place. Good pool. Good gym. Worst noise from the night club couldn’t sleep at night. Front desk Brian is a rude person. Food at the restaurant takes so long. Definitely pros and cons.
