This was my first time staying in a "pod-style" room, and I didn't quite know what to expect. I was traveling alone (single female) and only for two days, so this was a great cost-friendly option. Pod: I stayed in the regular, women-only area in an upper/top pod. I'm 45-years-old and the top pod was slightly difficult to get in/out of, but I managed. It would be very difficult for someone who is older, intoxicated, clumsy, or if you have to get up in the night often. It was great for my needs. Storage: There's a great locker room with lockers big enough to store suitcases, etc. There's also a large area next to each pod if you're not worried about theft. Many people left their suitcases in the hallway of the pod area. They were out of the way, but looked a bit cluttered, and anyone could access it. I kept my bags locked in the locker. Bathrooms: The toilet and shower area is similar to something you'd find in a gym. I think there were 6 total showers and about the same number of toilets. There was never a wait, and often I was the only one or maybe one other person in a different stall. There was a nice vanity/sink area with multiple sinks; each one with hairdryer, curling iron, q-tips, cotton rounds, and a bench to sit on. The hotel provides a bath towel and hand towel each day, as well as slippers. Lounge: The lounge has the best view. I sat every morning to watch the surfers and sip my coffee. Microwave, fridge, tea, etc, everything you need.

It’s really nice but the Unisex room has mold on the ceiling and they got the air filter on but you can see it making it worse by seeing everything fly everywhere. It’s a nice place tho I like the Japanese style and the amenities but the mold is an no no.

Pretty cool experience. Really nice guys that were running the place that made it very easy. Can't beat it for a cheap stay right in the heart of Waikiki.

Clean and convenient and comfortable

Found out after checking out take shower before check out . Watched bag for $20 per bag, but needed to sign up for 1 hour usage for facility $25 for that shower before heading out to airport..Can shower on beach . Fare fee but good to know.

Pretty nice pods, though lacking privacy.

Great hotel stay. Prime location, central to shopping, entertainment, and near Waikiki Beach. Highly recommend

Very convenient and clean

Great choice for travelers comfortable with capsule hotel format. Very affordable compared to hotels in Waikiki. Lots of travelers you might expect to see in hostel, though much quieter. There was 1 combination washing/drying machine, but it was kind of gross when I was there and people weren't following the "required" signup schedule to use it. Ena laundry is a good alternative.

Great location and friendly staff. The rooms and facilities were generally clean, and the air conditioning worked well. The only downside was that the shared washrooms were occasionally messy, but that seemed to be more due to some guests not cleaning up after themselves rather than a lack of effort from the staff. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and found it to be a good value for a solo trip to Waikīkī.
