Wow! Wow wow wow. This place was unbelievable; definitely one of our favorite places we've ever stayed. First off, the history of this building: it's been here since the 1600's and still has many original features. They did an incredible job thoughtfully renovating the spaces.
Staff - the owners are very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. It's a small business so they really took the time to explain to us the history of the building and where all of the sights and dining were.
Location - you're right on the canal with a beautiful view. And you're just a couple blocks away from the main city square, which makes it both convenient and quiet. Evening strolls were lovely.
Breakfast - amazing! There were great options and everything was delicious (I especially loved the homemade bread and yogurt).
