It’s a 4 stars hotel at the level of 2 or 3 and all the propaganda which is made about it is paid.

Clean room

Far From a Four-Star Experience Let me be clear: this is not a four-star hotel. Our stay was a cascade of problems that management consistently failed to properly resolve. It began with significant cleanliness issues in our first room. Despite assurances, the problem was never fixed, leading to a room change. This "upgraded" room, however, introduced a host of new plumbing disasters. The sink faucet's pressure was so intense it soaked our clothes and the counter, while the shower head was aimed at the back wall, flooding the floor due to a poorly-sealed glass partition. After I took time out of my vacation to meet with the manager and explain the situation, I was promised everything would be fixed. We returned later to the smell of fresh caulk and a re-angled (but still not adjustable) shower head. The original leak was gone, but a new one had appeared. The shower's improper drainage pitch sent a stream of water along the glass ledge and right back onto the floor. Our only solution was to build a dam with our clean towels every time we showered. The sink was never fixed by the hotel. I finally had to play DIY plumber, swapping the faucet tap with one from the shower to get a usable water flow. It's unbelievable that I had to fix it myself. We tried to make the best of our trip, but the constant frustration and unresolved issues made it clear: this is NOT a four-star hotel. Needed this vacation to decompress. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!!!!!

Clean room well equipped, clean pools, food not replaced fast enough when empty so not a lot of choice if u weren't first in the resturant which was very busy. We went valentines day which was decorated excellently, lots of teddy bears and plenty to see, show finished 11pm, also the vino. Have stayed before and would again, as the price is reasonable.

Was a nice experience, but not the best , honestly they have a very nice team of Animation they are very friendly specially for kids activities. But the Hotel doesn't have any nice view , if you want to go to the beach you have to ride a shuttle but 30 minutes to visit another Hotel beach, If we will talk about the food , unfortunately not good at all , i think the F&B stuff needs some training and they need a real chef Booking via any app you will find a lot of categories for the rooms and different prices while the truth that all rooms are the same you book a room and you will take another room

If you’re looking for: EMPTY BUFFETS WITHIN 1HR RUDE STAFF EXPIRED FOOD DIRTY ROOMS AND BATHROOMS WORN OUT TOWELS MUSIC PAST 11pm EVERYNIGHT Then this is the hotel to go for! Worst hotel I’ve stayed at in my life! Has made me never want to return to Egypt. Save yourself!

The room was a good size and the staff were nice but compared to all the other hotels around, it was really basic but not much cheaper. Access to the beach was disappointing - it was fine, you can walk to the beach easily but everywhere else is beach front and lush whereas here you walk down a path, across a road, down another path, over a bit of rough land and there you get the beach. The food was shockingly bad, especially the a la carte restaurants. Breakfast was okay and the buffet was okayish. Coffee was weak, wine was watered down, bread was dry. It wasn’t terrible, but I wouldn’t stay again. The favourite part was going for a walk (outside the hotel) along the sea front to Makardi Bay (10km walk).

The resort is huge, quite, big swimming pool, clean room and all inclusive. The staff are great from the reception met Mr Abdallah who addressed our needs. Amr supervise second floor room cleaning and supply who is also great. Has 4 restaurants a la carte. The best one is Vida Latino has Sea food, very delicious and provide you with shawarma cut fresh at your table under the service of Abonob who is a pro in service. The beach shuttle every one hour takes 10 minutes, large area to swim white sand and they provide you with drinks, beer and snacks right from the beach bar. The food in general is very good but we recommend adding a bit of spicy flavor or medium salt as some meals contain nothing, not even salt. We had 2 rooms for 2 days that we enjoyed it to the full and what really touched us is that at the check out they provided us with lunch bag, fruits & water for each person. Lovely staff, nice and comfortable room. Buffet food all day, but buffet food is buffet food (what can be said). The pools are amazing, there’s one heated and one cooled.

Food, cocktails so poor, hotel modern inside but weird set up no proper bar area and waiters have to leave restaurant to get your drink. Wouldn’t return or recommend
