Friendly atmosphere and family friendly resort.

The food was absolutely horrible. Even a piece of bread didn’t taste like bread. So bad.

I love this property so much. I’ve been back twice me and my girlfriends came in October and then me and my husband came out again for our anniversary this July. The food is exceptional however, getting on the reservation list is important to do that as soon as you land to pre-plan so that you’re not scrambling at the end of your trip or the middle to eat at the nice restaurants. The food is five star all the way around even if you don’t make it on the reservation list. My only pain point was the direction of airflow away from the bed and not to the bed which found me and my husband sweating so I Uber Eats a fan to help with that moisture and airflow. Overall, a wonderful vacation.

We need more information upon arrival need to know more about restaurants hours of hours and we need something. That’s not only on a QR code but more like a visual besides that everything was great. Love the place. I love the people that worked there in blaze are very helpful and at the end, we really enjoy our stay at Sls playa mujeres .

It's not like a 5 star hotels.

The location is absolutely perfect! It’s close enough to walk to the action, yet far enough away that you don’t hear much of the noise from all the action nearby. The location is ideal, and for the price, you get comfortable beds and a great rooftop pool with a nice view. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning.

Hotel is beautiful and clean some stuff are very friendly some no so much but that’s normal Everywhere you go. Beware and wake up really early to get a spot at the splash pad if you’re taking kids people camp out there since 8 am. Also make sure you schedule your dinner reservations as soon as you get there if not you will be stuck eating either at the Buffett or room services. Because they are the only ones that aren’t open a bit later.

We enjoyed every moment. Loved everything about the hotel and staff. Thank you!!!
