Nice and clean. No sounds from road or sorroundings.

Staff were so good. From manager to all levels. Fulmani, Sunita and other 2 male at the reception who welcome me. Welcoming style was amazing too, to experience that welcoming style you need to visit this property.

It was a special request where I requested for a comp upgrade because of special occasion, the told me they are sold out but still selling room in website. Been to lot of 5 star properties got disappointed this one. Stay was wonderful, breakfast was great.

Great hotel. A real gem hidden in the Kolkata city. We were really happy with the hotel staff, services and the food. The breakfast, lunch and dinner was served with excellent choices. The rooms were very well maintained and great room service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Kolkata for holiday.
