The hotel is good, exactly as they present themselves, a 4-star. The staff is actually very friendly and nice, almost everyone. The lounge chairs on the beach and the beach bar are not all-inclusive, so keep that in mind. Also, the towels they provide are very outdated and smell after use, so you'll need to bring or buy your own beach towel.

Great hotel in Alaniya - just 150m from Kleopatra beach. Clean, modern, great breakfast, nice pool. The only downside: * if you add a guest after booking - it might cost you unreasonably more money, I did not expect that

Everybody is traying to help you…room is very spacious new and clean… buffet is delicious compliment for the chef…i would never change this hotel for an other one when i return in Alanya

A comfortable hotel. Very reasonably priced for accommodation. Staff spoke good English and were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Not far from the beach or from the main drag with lots of shops and restaurants.

Was easy to find. We informed them that we needed a car park.. So we parked outside the hotel entrance. Friendly staff. We booked the Junior suite so we had the best view! The suite was very comfortable..And clean. Especially that the weather was hot and humid outside.. So we spent most of the time in the room. We had a coffee tray and a coffee machine. But they do not have regular black tea bags in the room..or any other teas. They only serve Turkish black tea during meals.. And a box of many tea flavours. Food is not allowed in the rooms. The swimming pool was big enough. It's always quiet in the hotel although it's fully booked..and the swimming pool area is always full. No music on the pool area. The location is very good. Walking distance to everything you need. Restaurants, shopping, teleferik to the castle and the beach is across the road. The hotel provides discounts on beach umbrellas and loungers. Buffet Breakfast was included in our rate, but we enjoyed their dinner at 500tl (13Euros) each. Food is very good and lots of choices.

New renovation, nice interior, friendly stuff, great location, good food, beach across the road.

Good value for the price and the area. Rooms were recently renovated and were comfortable. However the hotel is quite noisy and the breakfast was not very good. Staff was quite nice and the location is great.

Excellent hotel
