Habitación mini suite buena con todas las comodidades. La ubicación reno es muy buena

The property is beautiful very well decorated , very good staff . We was extremely lucky to have a beautiful room overlooking garden , with bath and separate shower in the bathroom a real treat for me, with indulgent Lux toiletries. Our two small well behaved dogs were made very welcome in the hotel. The only negatives I would say was the grounds ie gardens were a bit tatty in need of some care, though around the pool area they were beautiful. The other down side was its location , sadly felt it was on commercial industrial estate no where to walk in the immediate area. We unfortunately didn’t eat in the restaurant it had a lovely atmosphere and for me the menu was perfect. But my other half is a fussy b and thought it was limited on choice and a little too expensive … so sadly had to have fast food take away !!! 😔 Overall enjoyed our one night stay , Thank you x

The staff was amazing, I had a few requests and they were so helpful. The staff really made the stay worth it. They are doing construction, but I didn’t hear any of it. I didn’t use the spa, so I can’t comment on that. The food was ok, some dishes were great others not so much. I would definitely stay again.

Very nice and beautiful hôtel. All the staff from reception to restaurant to cleaning, was amazing!

Thought it was going to be a jenky 3 star hotel and it was closer to 5 star. Everyone was polite and accommodating. Huge 👍

This is a tough one. Pros….. very pleasant staff Nice comfortable bed and bedding Nice size bathroom Cons…..the room could do with a little refresh( furniture and some paint) Hotel is a little outside of city centre David from the Rock.🇨🇦🇨🇦 Platinum Expedia

The property was nice and spacious. Pretty setting, comfortable room. Friendly staff.

Good facilities but service not great. Kudos for Ludovick (I may not be spelled correctly) who went above and beyond all others

The hotel is very nice, spacious, staff amazing, quiet and relaxing with a fabulous chef ;-)

Great place with nice grounds. They have a nice pool and bar area and a grand piano and a trampoline and a ping-pong table. The rooms were nice with Saltillo tile on the floor.. we enjoyed our stand. We didn’t have any issues.
