Nice hotel, staff was friendly and helpful.

Rooms were good, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff were very helpfu.l

Staff was not very helpful. Had a situation with room

This is an older hotel. We chose it because it was in a good area close to tube stops and had air conditioning. The air conditioning struggled to keep up during the day but made sleeping comfortable. The hotel could use some refurbishments…mainly the stained carpeting. The desks in the rooms are visibly worn. The bathrooms were clean. For those with mobility issues, it is a huge step up into the tub. One issue we did have was with the electronic card reader on our door. It stopped working and we had to be let in by staff the last 2 days. We ate one dinner in their little restaurant and it was very good.

Room was very quiet. Area was very safe and quiet. Staff was friendly but couldn’t help much with changing rooms or fixing the air. Air conditioning didn’t work well at all. It was a terrible heat wave…room was very spacious with counter space and a sofa. Nice modernized bathroom in an old, historic hotel

Room was ok, the air conditioning sucked! It was so hot in the room. Bed was ok staff was ok, breakfast was ok.

We will never stay at this place again. The pictures did not match the room and amenities. The staff were not helpful, in fact, they sometimes wouldn’t do the tasks we asked. We found bugs in our room and have photos to prove it. The bathroom was filthy. We stayed during a heatwave and the air conditioning barely worked. The tv would turn off on its own. This was from our second room we asked for. The first room was worse. We asked to switch rooms because I was having an allergic reaction to the spray they used in the room. We were catfished and very disappointed with our experience.

The location was great. Close to good restaurants, a 5 minute walk to a bus stop but the tube was iffy depending on where you were heading to. So so renovated London hotel. You get what you pay for and this was an average at best hotel for London's standards. AC didn't work very well. Rooms need to be updated. We had a big room with three beds so that was great for my family of 4. Nothing special besides the cheaper price.

Was a good stay. Check in was a bit of an event, I was allocated a lower grade room than I paid for, which was remedied after I pointed this out, without apoology. Aside from this, the stay was good, and hotel was quiet.
