The location and accomodations were as described. Actually quite pleasant, with no funny smells which can sometimes be a problem in Da Nang. However, the power kept going out in the building. While i dont hold the staff accountable for this...it was HOT. And that made sleeping very difficult. We spent most of the day away from the hotel, but coming home in the evenings to no power was really unpleasant. The power would be out several hours in the building but other buildings (next door) maintained their current. The staff were apologetic and there really was nothing they could do. If your trip is near July 2026...call them, email them..make sure the power situation is rectified and then book and have a most pleasant stay. Also, the mattresses were a bit too firm for out liking, but honestly it was 34 C at 1am...with no air conditioning...its a small inconvenience in comparison. But again, lovely staff. Clean room. Nice location

Nice staff very clean

Great location, excellent staff, and reasonable price.
