Television didn’t work outlets didn’t work water in bathroom faucet stayed leaking. Reached out to management no one responded. Paid for a double bed gave us a single room. The pictures look nothing like the room you will get. More like a hostel than a hotel.

Do NOT stay here!. The picture of the room on Expedia that we paid for does not match the room that we were assigned to. We had to cram into a tiny room for five nights and ended up leaving a day early because it was so unbearable. We all got no sleep and it ruined our trip. No help from the hotel staff in trying to remedy the situation. Will be reporting them to the BBB for false advertising

Ниже среднего No heat in the winter. Strong smell of smoke in the room. The solution for the hotel staff was to provide a space heater, which causes the electricity on the whole floor to go out. The people staying here are also very questionable. Stay away.

Ниже среднего I would strongly advise future customers to stay away from this option. We arrived in town for a funeral and were met with a filthy, disgusting lobby area that does NOT reflect what was shown in the photos. It smelled like chemicals, but that was an attempt to cover up the intense smell of smoke. We got to the room, which could barely fit two people in it at one time, and there was no functioning heat in 30 degree temperatures. Upon letting the only working staff member know, he brought in a space heater, which made the electricity in the entire building go out. When I asked if I could please have a refund so that I may take my two children to a different local hotel, I was given a phone number that I called about 30 time that no one would answer. This place is an absolute nightmare and I would urge others to look elsewhere.

Wonderful place. Great staff. Only problem was the heater was set at 89 degrees when we arrived and it took hours to cool it down
