The rooms are pleasant, spacious and very well-equipped for a short or long term stay. The floors and walls are a little dingy. They provide the expected items for an apartment - towels, dishes, utensils, cookware and spacious closets with soft-close drawers. All rooms also have a half-bath which is a nice extra. The furniture is comfortable, though the bed is very firm and the linen very heavy (read: hot). It’s a useful location though walking in Nairobi is an adventure - sometimes there are sidewalks and often it’s just dirt or cracked concrete. So while the location is near many things, walking to them is an experience. We had some challenges with our stay - the hot water in our unit went out twice. The staff was responsive, even offering us a vacant unit to shower on the second occurrence and treating us to dinner after the first occurrence for the inconvenience, but such experiences are unexpected. The gym is well-equipped and staffed with a trainer. Housekeeping is uneven - sometimes they left hand towels and sometimes not. And frequently there was hair on the floor from what I assume are dirty mops. Overall, given the competitive price, it’s an excellent bargain, but it provides a comfortable stay, not a luxury one.

Centrally located, comfortable rooms

The apartment was in a great location. The check-in was very smooth. Everyone was super helpful. Felt very safe in the neighborhood although we didn’t go out walking. The apartment was super spacious and comfortable. A great deal for the price

I was so impressed by this place. The rooms are perfectly designed, very spacious, they contain everything one might need. The residency sits atop a mall, but somehow feels free from the shackles of the city. There is everything you might need in the mall; supermarket, pharmacy, spa. I could have just stayed in the residency and gone nowhere. But it is also conveniently located to move across the city. What a find!

Room was spotless and, with a full kitchen, washing machine and living area, very accommodating.

Rooms was excellent with a view of Nairobi downtown, had house cleaning everyday, staff courteous and friendly especially Samuel who helped with local stuff like restaurants which made my stay really nice. Very safe will definitely come back and stay, highly recommend.

Good place and convenient space.

Loved my stay here! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel is situated inside of a mall which is really convenient because I went to the grocery store every day to buy snacks :) The room was HUGE! I actually had the 'smallest' room and it was a studio but the bedroom was separated from the living room with a partition so it seemed a lot bigger. The ONLY issue is that the wifi didn't work for a day so I used up a lot of my data. Other than that, I would definitely stay there again.

I stayed here for one week and had an excellent experience. The hotel was clean, well-organized, and comfortable from the moment I arrived. Every staff member I interacted with—reception, chambermaids, and even the parking entrance team—was incredibly friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful. The location made everything easy. There was quick access to all amenities, and I always felt very safe walking around the area or taking Uber rides across town. Getting to the airport was simple as well, with the expressway conveniently nearby. The hotel staff also treated my fiancée with such kindness and care, which made our stay feel even more special. I will definitely stay here again and will highly recommend it to all my family and friends. Ps as I didn’t use the gym or swimming pool I left my rating blank
