Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. Extremely accommodating for our group of six. The location worked very well for us and I felt safe as a foreigner walking around the area. The lobby and pool area provided a nice area for our family in the area to gather with us during our stay. Cons: I felt like the pictures made it look a little better than it was, but the staff and overall experience more than made up for it and I would stay there again. There was a sewage odor (not overwhelming, but there) which seemed to be coming up from a drain in our bathroom. That said, it wasn't enough to complain and I really didn't want to knock stars over it because it was clean and I just can't say enough about how wonderful and accommodating the staff were. Bottom line: I would definitely stay there again and recommend it. It was fair for the price, affordable, clean, and accommodating.

For the price, the hotel was good, but not exceptional. The staff was great, the room was clean and good. My only complaint was that the bed gave me significant lower back pain. Maybe it was just me, but I do not have this issue with some other Thailand hotel beds.

Always a good stay

The room was dirty (floor and table) and had mosquitoes, cockroaches, and fruit flies. The walls are very thin — I could hear people in other rooms like they were in the same room as me. The curtain couldn’t fully close, they had to sent two men to fix it. I didn’t request room service or housekeeping because I was alone and value my privacy. The room was already dirty when I checked in. The front desk wasn’t friendly and barely speak English(that’s not the issue), but they made little to no effort to help me. They seemed annoyed every time I approached them. I stayed only the first night, then moved to another hotel. I left my luggage and came back later to collect it and checked out four nights early. The only positive was one of the housekeepers — a young man who always greeted me and kindly offered towels or water. I wouldn’t stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. I took pictures of everything.

This property is close to food and stores that make it convenient to explore the local area. Breakfast could have been better and the room had smashed bugs on the wall. And honestly i would have overlooked these things had i known the pool was out of service i booked the space specifically for that reason. But the staff was apologetic about it and so helpful. I would stay here again but inquire about amenities beforehand.

We arrived in the late evening after a very long flight. We checked easily and went up to our room. There was a very strong smell of stale urine in the bathroom that was coming from the bath side panel as if someone had urinated on it and it had been left without cleaning. We reported this to the night receptionist and was asked what time in the morning would we like the room cleaned. In the morning light we noticed that the small balcony was filthy having numerous cigarette ends on the floor and had not been cleaned for a very long time judging by the thick layer of dust . We decided to check out and find another hotel. When we checked out we were offered to change rooms then but we would not get any refund if we checked out. Our minds were made up and we found another hotel at further expense. Altogether extremely poor.

Wasn’t bad. Would spend a little more and be closer to where I was going.
