Highly recommend this guesthouse. The staff were friendly and helpful. Clean well presented rooms and an excellent choice for breakfast. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you

Very comfortable, well located (central to train, Resturants and grocery). Fantastic drying room. Beautiful patio overlooking town and loch.

Excellent guest house, in a wonderful and convenient location. The breakfast is excellent, with an enormous choice. Everything delicious. The views are also terrific. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because our room (room 1) had wafer thin walls. We were woken up by the couple next door talking. I don't think they were talking that loudly, but it felt like they were on the end of our bed ! This is such a shame as everything else is excellent.

What a fabulous place — and the terrace view is absolutely unforgettable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I’m pretty sure the owner checked us in and recommended an amazing spot for lunch: The Ben Nevis Inn. If you get the chance, you have to go. The room was beautifully appointed and very clean. The lounge and patio were wonderful, and watching the view from the patio as the sun went down was incredible. Breakfast the next morning was outstanding. It far exceeded our expectations — generous portions, great variety, and excellent quality. Truly top‑notch. Parking was also available, which is rare in the area and one of the main reasons I chose this place. But everything about the stay ended up being fantastic. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Fort William, make sure you stay here. It’s absolutely worth it.

This was our best stay by far on our 11 day trip. We stayed here two nights and we loved it. The staff and owners are so amazing and the atmosphere is so homie and welcoming. Their breakfast is so good and they accommodate any allergies or preferences by going above and beyond! When we arrived it was later and Phil called a local restaurant to make sure we could get in. The room was amazing and had a great view. If I come back to Scotland and can stay here again, I will!

This was an excellent one night stop for us as we were traveling throughout the Highlands. The common areas felt like sitting in a friend's living room. There are board and card games available and lovely music to listen to. The view of the loch from this area and the breakfast room are beautiful. Wonderful breakfast buffet and excellent service from the staff. Our room was very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Wide selection of delicious hot and cold offerings for breakfast with amazing views. Friendly, warm and comfortable accommodations, would definitely stay here again.

So first off all the staff were lovely and kind especially Phill the owner was incredibly helpful and assisted me with my luggage. The room was lovely, bed was quite comfortable, food selection at breakfast was sufficient and tasty, good options for vegetarians . The wall and overall artwork inside the building is really pretty 😍 And the view - absolutely mesmerizing. Only thing to keep in mind is theres a very steep hill to access the property and a few stairs to get indoors , but if you have no mobility issues , 100 out of 10 stars. Would definitely recommend 😊

I Loved this Guesthouse! They treated me like family. I arrived early and they let me store my bags and relax in the beautiful and comfortable common area. While relaxing for just 10 minutes on the very scenic veranda, overlooking the town and ocean, a lovely woman, I think her name was Katrina, said she has a room already ready for me. I loved the room and the entire facility. Very quiet and comfortable. They even have a bar for the guests. The staff was very friendly and kind. Breakfast was delicious! I'll definitely stay here again when I'm in Fort William. Close to the train station (5 minute walk) and the downtown shopping area (10 minute walk).
