Came here for a girls trip (late 20s). This resort was perfect! Modern, Clean, and good food especially at the restaurants. We got a massage and a facial and they were both wonderful and relaxing. The rooftop pool is perfect to hangout at. We went to aquaworld and went sailing which was relaxing! Only downside was the walls are thin and when the resort is playing music outside its very loud in the rooms if you are bay facing, however, the music ends around 1030pm. Highly recommend! Absolutely beautiful. We played pickleball all week and learned so much from Daniel and his wife Gretchen. Would definitely come back and recommend to friends and family.

Good hotel, great breakfast, attentive staff (despite a couple of up / cross selling attempts). Hotel looks incomplete so look and feel is a bit industrial but it has a great golf course and easy access to a great beach club. You can access the huge pool on the ground floor though the pool in the rooftop can only be accessed if you upgrade.

Our rooms were always cleaned when we left which is amazing , we were stocked up on everything in the fridge. The staff was always so kind and helpful with our questions and the bar staff were amazing as well

The staff, location, and overall experience were amazing. There were so many premium activities to do. Also the food was some of the best that I ever had at a restaurant! Will definitely come back!

Great Hotel, friendly helpful staff, great activities, we enjoyed all white party, painting Mexican hats to take back as souvenirs and love that they have a lounge style area bar and music playing. I also am lucky that the hotel was not too crowded which made it feel so much more luxe. Will definitely recommend and come again..

It was a very beautiful resort with multiple dining options and secure entry

The resort was nice overall, and we enjoyed our time in Cancun, but several details detracted from the experience. Upon arrival, we noticed multiple cracked tiles in our room, which gave the space a worn and dated appearance. While the room was generally clean, the lack of attention to basic maintenance was noticeable. The food was average and did not meet our expectations. Although there were several dining options, the quality, variety, and flavor were inconsistent. We were able to find meals we enjoyed, but dining was not a highlight of the trip. Another concern was the noise level in the mornings. Housekeeping staff frequently gathered in the hallways, talking loudly and laughing early in the day. While we appreciate the work they do, the noise made it difficult to rest and enjoy a peaceful vacation experience. The grounds were pleasant, and we appreciated the opportunity to relax and reconnect. However, the resort would benefit from greater attention to maintenance, food quality, and guest experience. For travelers who are new to international travel or looking for a budget-friendly all-inclusive option, this may be a suitable choice. However, seasoned travelers who prefer a more upscale resort experience, elevated dining, attentive service, and greater attention to detail may find this property falls short of expectations. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but there is considerable room for improvement.

It is extremely hard to make a reservation for the restaurant on the app. The workaround is that you can go directly to the restaurant when it opens and you can put your name on the waitlist. However, It’s possible that the restaurant is fully booked and that they can not guarantee they will have a table for you unless someone cancels. There are three restaurants on site and it’s strange that the Mediterranean and the Italian don’t open on the same day. When one is open, the other one is closed. Having said that, on any given day you only have two restaurants to choose from. And what’s even more strange is that they will tell you the restaurant is fully booked, but you see some tables not being occupied at all. Overall food was average. Everything else was fine. The hotel was very well maintained and organized and the staff was friendly.
