Overall, the hotel was very clean, and we appreciated the friendliness of the staff. However, the service was disappointingly slow. At checkout, we had to wait far too long for someone to collect our luggage. In the end, we carried it ourselves until we met a staff member halfway, who then took over.
In the morning, we were disturbed by housekeeping staff working noisily in the corridor, which made it difficult to rest.
The breakfast was also not up to standard. We arrived around 9:15 a.m., and most of the food was already empty. Instead of refilling items when they were nearly finished, they remained empty for quite some time. To make things worse, the glasses of water had an unpleasant eggy smell, and I had to request the waiter to replace them.
We expected a much better experience given the price and reputation, but unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations.
