A very modern hotel with an interesting and different decor. My only negative comment is that the restaurant was not open on two nights due to being booked out, and no other food available or snacks. If staying in a hotel I would like to be able to get food, especially with kids.

The hotel was fantastic. Never seen anything quite like it. No TV, but didn’t need it as the rooftop had drinks, pool, views, and a large screen to watch the World Cup. I would definitely recommend.

My husband and adult daughters throughly enjoyed our stay at Jam Hotel Lisbon. The decor is funky and ecologically-inspired. We loved hanging out at the rooftop bar and pool. Note that body lotion is not offered, so bring your own!

The internal design is special. The staff was always helpful. There is no tv, microwave, coffee machine, or.mini fridge inside the room; there are some for community use. The shuttle to the airport is very expensive, you can use Uber or bolt instead. The location was also nice, we mostly used bolt since we are a family of four. There is a great gelato place and Copenhagen Coffee Lab within walking distance.

Front of hotel can be a little noisy if you are sensitive but we asked to be moved and this was done with zero fuss.

Honestly, this will be the only hotel I stay at in Lisbon. They were so lovely. Room was comfy. The roof was so charming. They have so many spaces to work and just unwind. And you're a short walk into santos.
