The staff were lovely and made sure we knew everything we needed, the room was small but still provided us with everything we needed.

Staff were extremely helpful, polite, sweets, and accommodating. The food was very good. The property was very clean. The rooms were lovely and the location was great. Also offered free bikes to ride around the area, which was fun really enjoyed staying there and would recommend 100%.

I love those hotel. This is my second visit to this hotel. The rooms are nice, centrally located witha nice pool. The breakfast is amazing! Highly recommend

Well located on the edge of Old Town. Easy to get into or out of the touristy areas. Rooms were comfortable and bathroom was a generous size. All clean and maintained. Balcony with chairs. Pleasant pool and sitting area. Breakfast buffet had very good variety. Tried the spa twice (Vietnamese and then Thai massage) - very professional. Zero complaints!

La Charm was the perfect spot for our Hoi An visit. The style and setup of the hotel had a lot of charm (no pun intended), but also was very clean, comfortable, and appropriately modern. The staff were SO friendly and helpful, never hesitating to offer advice or assistance from start to finish. The best part of this place is the location - just far away from the intense tourist buzz in old town but close enough to walk or bike in while seeing other charm sites of Hoi An. Would 100% recommend this place and come back again.

I had a very comfortable stay at the Le Charm Hotel in Hoi An. The room was a suitable size for a solo traveller and the amenities on offer were great. The staff in reception, the restaurant, and the spa were incredibly kind and helpful and really put me at ease. When I arrived, one of the reception staff sat down with me and provided me a map of local attractions and services that might be to my liking and even provided me a refreshing welcome drink. Just what I needed on a hot day! The hotel is within walking distance of the Old Town but there is limited shade on the walk so make sure to use any kind of UV protection (even if it's overcast). If you area able to ride a bicycle I would highly recommend using one of the bikes provided by the hotel to reduce the walking time in UV exposure.
