The building is located in a great area, the staff at check in are very responsive and helpful, and I would highly recommend this location over staying at a high priced hotel.

The luggage storage is a big headache. And the room change is a terrible experience.

Easy check in meeting the staff member at the lobby to get the key at the agreed time. Clean apartment with the essentials. Comfortable bed and pillows, clean towels, shower with strong pressure. Nearby restaurants, subway, street cars, shopping, etc. very convenient.
