Just know you're paying solely for the proximity to the beach, and can walk to restaurants. The hotel itself is nothing special at all, but clean enough and safe. It was not built broadside to the water so it's a missed opportunity to have a real water view or sunrise. You're overpaying for the hotel itself which is basic but they don't have many competitors (one) in town.
