You can borrow an umbrella from the lobby which we thought was very convenient! Amazing location that honestly made our next stop on our trip underwhelming. The breakfast was good, though the variety was lacking -- mind you, I'm comparing this to stays at Canadian hotels. I would stay again!

Good service, clean rooms, good location

The rooms were so spacious and very cool.

The rooms are clean enough, no complaints. The floors, especially in the hallways are very stained. However this makes no actual difference in the quality of the stay. They do store luggage but the lobby, despite it's good pictures they always seems to have some travelers asleep on the chairs at all times of day. The location is great, hard to do much better. Id heavily consider this place if i went back to Kyoto.

A wonderful hotel in a great location with close proximity to key neighborhoods and transit links. Room was incredibly clean and compared to other hotels we stayed in around Japan a very good size. Most of all, the staff were incredible, specifically the front desk workers. I always felt welcome and they were eager to help with any assistance we required throughout our stay including luggage forwarding.

Despite my room being laughably small I actually enjoyed this hotel. It was clean and safe! The staff was kind. It’s in a convenient place with lots of food and shopping options nearby. However, during my stay there was some kind of protesting going on. It was loud and kept me awake when I tried going to sleep. I have nothing bad clue what the protesting was for (since I only speak English) but it was very loud. Still, I would recommend this hotel.

Room was mostly clean but we noticed under the beds were actually quite dirty. The Staff were great though. They absolutely need more than two washer / dryers, their constantly busy and they have to unload them immediately so you don’t have the option to set a longer drying cycle if your clothes are still wet. The location is amazing though. You’re basically in the middle of a ton of stores and restaurants. Near the subway, major bus routes and a 20 minute walk from the Miyako Messe convention centre if you’re there for an event. 2 blocks from the river everybody hangs out at after. There is a lot of trash on the streets in the mornings though due to the tourists but it gets cleaned by 9.

10/10 it’s on the strip of all the shops & dinning Rooms incredibly small. Big minus they don’t provide room service more than twice a week. Stayed there 7 days got our room cleaned once ! Second time all they did was take trash out and restock towels ! Had to sleep in dirty sheets after we asked for room service to be done . Hotel in general small super small lobby nothing to do

Perfect hotel w perfect location. They shouldnt advertise a gym cause it’s only a treadmill, was a little disappointing
