The Atlantis room I had was part of their renovation. Beautiful brand new bathrooms, with large glass enclosed showers. The issues I had were with the cleanliness of the shower. The housekeeper must have forgotten to wipe down the interior wall because there were several strands of hair on it. Also, they had a set of soaps and conditioner attached to the wall. The shower gel was completely empty. Lastly, after letting the lobby personnel know that the bed was like sleeping on a slab of cement, he told me the beds were brand new. Would have been nice to know ahead of time, maybe I could have gotten a different room. I have always loved making the Atlantis my Reno stopover because of the comfort of the rooms. But not so comfy this time.
