I think this hotel needs an upgrade for sure. It used to be a up scale, but affordable place to stay. The free happy hour and breakfast are definitely the best things about this hotel and all ES. The pool and workout room were pretty good and well maintained. However it's clear they're having trouble with AC and cleanliness and just keeping the public areas clean. It looks very run-down and elevators were excruciatingly slow. Obviously when you have four people staying with kids on the sofa bed you need ways to keep the front room dark. Ours woke up at 6am when they normally sleep until 9 because of how bright the room was.

The customer service was nonexistent. They left us at the airport saying th eshuttle was on its way and it never arrived. We had to get an uber after almost 2 hours waiting.

It's location is superb, close to Rosemont train station to catch the blue line train into downtown Chicago and a 5 minute drive back to the airport and car hire return. The accommodation itself is a little dated compared to the other one we stayed at in Milwaukee but it was clean and functional and perfect for what we as a family of four were looking for.

Beds were uncomfortable but everything else about the stay exceeded my expectations and I'd definitely stay again because of that

Our stay at Embassy Suites Rosemont was fantastic. The free drinks and snacks in the evening was great. Price was very competitive with nearby upscale hotels. Free airport shuttle for our early morning flight.

The hotel had a nice vibe and natural lighting in the main area. It's a little bit on the outdated side. And the carpets in the hallways could use some cleaning. I requested a room change due to a few cleanliness issues and finding a bug on the floor. The staff was very understanding and accommodating. The room I got moved to was a lot better.
