Located by foot about 700 feet away from Monastiraki Station and ¾ mile from the Acropolis, we had walkable access to plenty of bars, restaurants, and mini marts, but no grocery stores in the area. Though the shower, AC, and washing/drying machine were in excellent condition the bathroom window to corridor did not latch, the blinds on the barred window by the door were ready to fall off the wall, scuff marks were on most walls, and the tile was chipped near the door. Additionally, the cleanliness needs adjustment because there was a glob of hair on chair and a used sock in washer. This mezzanine studio apartment is better suited to young people with good mobility. We had difficulty lugging our carry-on cases up the 15 steps from ground floor, even though the host gave us the alternative of taking the elevator up one floor and walking down 14 steps to the mezzanine studio. We also had difficulty with two wet steps into the shower stall. For basic information to future guests the wi-fi is intermittent and the large window does not have direct daylight or outdoor access in case of an emergency.

Location of apartment is good but apartment complex is rough, as in graffiti, noise is an Issue from both the stairwell and the road. Wouldn’t recommend

Good enough spot for a couple nights! Bed & pillows were okay, location was great in terms of proximity. Area seems a little bit sketch on first impression, but it's such a busy area with lots of shops and restaurants so we never felt unsafe - don't let the graffiti worry you too much! There's a subway station minutes away and super walkable for the main downtown area as well. I will say that the big thing for us was that we booked this spot specifically so we could do laundry during our month-long European trip, and while the machine said it was a washer/dryer and the hosts tried to explain how to get the dryer option to work, it just kept making the clothes damp and warm and made the entire bathroom so humid. We finally gave up after an hour of trying to read through various guides & Youtube tutorials and just went to the laundromat first thing the next morning.

Everything you need for a city break and more. The “smart” toilet almost out smarted me but everything was as you would want and more.

Clean room, great location, good value for money. My only complain is that the room did not look like the pictures where there is a spa and windows with a view.

I'll start by saying that I would not return to this particular apartment for 1 main reason: the indoor hot tub. It creates a mild sauna-like environment in the whole apartment, which was not comfortable for me personally. My solution was to open the balcony doors for extended periods of time. With that said, the apartment did have a lot of positives! It was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The location in the city was great. It could be a little noisy during the day due to some construction going on, but at night I had no problems with outside noise even though it is located in a fairly busy area. It was an easy walk to many eateries and shops. I did not take the metro, but the nearest station was about a 3-5 minute walk. I did want to note that this apartment is on the top floor (floor 8) and while the building does have a small lift, it only goes up to the 7th floor so you will have to walk up the last set of stairs with any luggage. I had no issues with this, but if you are less agile keep this in mind. Check in was very simple. The manager sent all required information on how to access the main building and the apartment itself. All doors are coded key locks, so there is no physical key to keep track of. The apartment has a washing machine, but no dryer, so you must hang them to dry on the balcony. The view of the acropolis hill was very nice at night!

This was right in best shopping in Athens. Host were excelent. My wofe is fussy about clean and this surpassed her expectations. When i saw the outside i was hesitant but it was awesome

Our first trip to Athens and we didn’t know anything about the area. Our room was amazing with a view of the Parthenon from our hot tub! The building is right in the middle of the city about a block from the Athens Flea market and easy walking distance to everything that you would want to see. Wonderful restaurants everywhere and close by. The host was super friendly, welcoming and responsive on WhatsApp. Very easy to find the place and we were treated like royalty. We loved staying and didn’t want to leave!

The property was within walking distance to all the, subway and trains. The owners repond within minutes and made sure all was good. Had a washer and dryer, which was a big plus right in the apartment. The area looks rough because of all the graffiti but all of Athens is like that. All safe. Never encountered any problems. Definitely recommend. Thank you!
