We are obsessed with this property. Everything about it was charming. From the staff, to the courtyard, to the rooftop pool. We feel so lucky to have stayed here !

Lovely stay, sadly noisy area at night, great breakfast, gorgeous rooms.

We had mixed feelings about our stay at 21 House of Stories Navigli. The staff were friendly, the air conditioning was excellent during very hot weather, and the breakfast offered some nice touches such as freshly cut bread and a good selection of cakes. The lobby and communal areas are also stylish and welcoming. Unfortunately, the noise levels were a major issue. Despite being used to city noise as we live in central London, we found it extremely loud at night due to the location and poor sound insulation. The rooms also felt less premium than the marketing suggests, and several details, such as paper cups, a very limited free minibar and missing amenities, made the experience feel more three-star than four-star. We were also disappointed by the terrace restaurant, which was very expensive, offered poor service and served some of the weakest food we had during our trip. Overall, the hotel looks great on the surface, but we wouldn’t choose to stay here again or recommend it.

Great hotel! Cool vibe. Lovely outdoor garden area. Walkable to many delicious restaurants. Great free breakfast.

Close to all restaurants nice staff and great beak fast

Breakfast was fantastic. Reserved twin beds and got 1 bed plus sofa. was too tired to complain so asked for extra blanket which was brought up right away.

From helping organize airport transportation with multiple vans to providing detailed local recommendations and insider tips around Milan, the communication and hospitality were excellent from the very beginning. The recommendations they shared for hidden gems, local restaurants, aperitivo spots, museums, and neighborhoods helped make our experience in Milan feel much more authentic and memorable. We especially appreciated the focus on unique cultural experiences beyond the typical tourist attractions. The hotel itself has an incredibly cool atmosphere — modern, creative, and perfectly located near the Navigli district with easy access to restaurants, nightlife, and the best parts of the city. It felt stylish and welcoming while still maintaining a relaxed and personal touch. Our group genuinely enjoyed our time here, and we would absolutely recommend 21 House of Stories Navigli for both individual travelers and group stays visiting Milan.
