Me and my partners family stayed here for pre-graduation. The rooms are very compact, cosy and clean and the staff were very attentive. The hotel is also in a great location. We did however find a couple problems with the rooms. In one room the air-con wasn’t working which made it a very hot a sweaty evening/morning in an already stressful time getting ready for a graduation. In the other room we couldn’t get the lighting to work properly. The bar area was probably by biggest negative. Ordered 2 beers which both tasted like washing up liquid, the bar staff were struggling to pour a pint and had several attempts at such.

Clean room perfect location

Suite had the wow factor

The free breakfast was, for us, a a real let down. The only edible things were the green apple and the yoghurt. Everything was ultra processed food, in wrappers with sell buy dates in 27 or 28.

Really good hotel in terms of stay, facilities, staff and location With such a good range and choice of hotels within the centre, I will be checking the availability here on my next visit Thank you

Really pleasant stay and a cracking pocation

Sadly this hotel was a lot better

Great place for the stay

There was a significant delay when trying to check and we waited over 20 minutes for someone to come to the check out desk, there was actually another group trying to check in that had been waiting for around 10 minutes before we arrived. Yes we were early but we only wanted to drop our bags. There was also limited information when we did check in and I could not find any info on the breakfast arrangements in the room. We were messaged in the morning and asked when we wanted it delivering to the room, but I could have easily missed that message as I review my phone infrequently, especially at a weekend. That said the continental breakfast was well presented in a wicker hamper and a large selection of items and we were very pleased with it, though the room we had was described as cozy, meaning there was no room to prep the items in the breakfast basket other than on the bed, which made it awkward. We were also not informed about the drink included in our stay which again was disappointing. The location of the hotel, its cleanliness were all excellent and the staff we spoke to were polite and welcoming so on the whole it was a good stay but could have easily been elevated with a little more thought.

Excellent stay. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Room upgrade to suite included.
