Unfortunately there were bed bugs in my cabin and I was bitten all over my body. The itching caused great discomfort for several weeks which was not fun to experience while on holiday. The host let me swap cabins as soon as I detected the bed bugs however it was already too late in terms of the ramifications of being bitten (I’ve never been so itchy in my life). Apart from this, the shared bathrooms appeared to be clean. The last shower however at one point started flooding the bathroom floor due to poor drainage down the shower drain. The cabins got stuffy due to not much airflow unless you left the cabin door open for some time. The cabin room itself was fine (apart from the bed bugs in my first cabin and lack of airflow). The door to the cabin was a struggle to open each time - I had to shove it hard after punching in the room code. At one point I grazed some skin off my wrist from the door frame due to difficulties pushing the door open. The aesthetics of the hotel are nice. Location is close to train/bus station which is convenient for travelling out for day trips though the area is seemingly prone to riff raff. Fine to stay for a couple of nights only.

Good idea, bit noisier than ideal and too many shared facilities to be truly clean, but a reasonable stay nonetheless

Holder is friendly and amenities are useful and well functional. Clearness needs to be improved. Mattresses are not so clean, and room is a bit smelly and rusty. But it is worth the price and recommend it to someone who wants to hold one or two nights.

The room itself was great! The tv was a little glitchy, and I couldn’t get Netflix to download. The phone number on hotels.com needs to be updated. When I called, it was a staff member who hasn’t worked there for 4 years. Not sure how it hasn’t been updated. The rooms could use more sound proofing, but the other guests were quiet. The shower was great, but note that the bathrooms are not separated by sex.

Everything was great except the showers. 2 of 4 have broken shower heads - the wands still work. Another shower has a broken wand.

Please don’t advertise having air conditioning when it’s only in the lobby, not the individual capsules. Felt like I was in a sauna in the capsule, which was unbearable in the summer heat, and was literally hotter than outside. Had to leave the door open to get some air during the night, which ruined the privacy. Otherwise, if this issue was fixed, would have been a nice stay given the location and amenities.

Very nice and clean place! Capsule can get a little hot during the night, otherwise you have a clean, private environment. Bathroom is very clean!

I wasn't sure what to expect going to Ljubljana, but wanted to stay a few days. I saw the capsul hostel and booked 3 nights. It was close to the train and bus station. Has a little store just next to the garage. When you arrive, you use the provided code to open the door. There are doors marked 0 to 3. Each door leads to the different numbered capsules so you just find the right door and once inside you have clearly marked capsules and lockers. All the capsule rooms are connected as the bathroom with showers are together. The same code opens your locker and capsule. Inside the capsule i had was a tv, headphones, three light switches, power outlet. The bed was made up and you have towels and a towel you can use to stand on exiting the shower. It was clean and i really appreciated the staff. I highly recommend a stay.

The air conditioning doesn't work in the capsules only in the common ateas. Many people were sleeping with their doors open at night to cool down. Also the shower water temperature was lukewarm not hot.

very clean and simple to check in. the AC was strong in the hallways but the capsules were still very hot. we had to sleep with the door opened a bit or else it was unbearable in this heatwave. i would come back but not in very hot summer.
