Excelentes ubicación

Good location, great breakfast. Friendly staff.

The staff was very helpful, and breakfast was good. But the shower situation was a little challenging (the shower had a half door, so water splashed all over) and the bed spread has stains and the pillows looked and felt a little tired.

I like the central location of this boutique hotel, so very convenient for everything and you cannot get lost with the obelisk right there!

The hotel is conveniently located. The common areas are nice but the hotel has some maintenance issues.

The location is very convenient. There were some minor maintenance issues while we were there. The confirmation email from the hotel offered a car service which I do not recommend. We waited an hour for the car, which turned out to be a regular taxi that ended up charging us 5 times the normal rate.

The property is a bit outdated and could benefit from better maintenance. The bed was not very comfortable, and the rooms were somewhat noisy, which made it harder to fully relax. On the positive side, the location is very convenient, and the building has good security.

The location was very good, the stuff some of them were very nice, helpful and very kind. Breakfast was very good, the place looks nice and clean. They just give you one key card per room, it was not easy for us because we all had different plans. About the cleaning At check-in they give you a paper with instructions and information about almost everything. It says that towels left on the floor will be replaced, while towels that are hung up will be understood as ones you plan to reuse, which is perfectly fine. The shower is open, so a lot of water comes out when you bathe, and I had to put two of the small towels on the floor. When I got out, everything was very wet, so I used the towel I had used to finish drying and left the three towels on the floor since they were wet. When I came back, the large towel was hanging and one of the small ones was folded but still very wet, which makes me think they only took one and just wrung out the other and folded it again. Also, when I first received the room there was a used bar of soap in the shower. Everything looks very clean until you notice those small details.
