Отлично We took a chance on a canal view room knowing the live music from the bars might be loud based on reviews. It was very loud on the weekend but not as bad on the weekdays. Good location near many things to see. Staff could have been nicer. Very short and Antony in their answers. Room was nice.

Фантастический The hotel was in the heart of the city. We went to Europe in the middle of a heatwave so having a room with AC was a benefit. The hotel staff were very friendly.

Small room, but we didn’t stay inside much.
The bathroom has a decent-sized shower, but the rest of the bathroom is tiny.

Honestly one of the worst hotels i've ever stayed at. Firstly it backs onto a nightclub which operates from 11pm to 4am every night so forget about sleeping, and im half deaf so if I can hear it you know its bad. Also the hotel is dirty, there was a left over sock under my bed, toilet seat wasnt cleaned and hairs around the place. Also the hotel tried to wrongly charge my card before arrival, luckilly it was my revolut and was empty! The agreement was pay on arrival. Also when i arrived the guy tried to say I gave him 50euros less and asked me if i knew how much it was and got cranky then when i asked him if he knew how to count. All round a shady hotel and absolutely no regard for its customers whatsoever. Had lads shouting half the night in the room next to me and would have clearly been heard in the reception which was right below us and not once were they told to be quite. Avoid at all cost.

An ideally located hotel with most key tourist attractions only a 20 minute walk away.
Facilities were clean and functional. Rooms were slightly small but comfortable and tidy.
Staff were friendly and helpful on arrival.
Noise levels reported by other reviewers are accurate however the bass music we experienced was not enough to keep us awake.
However we were unfortunate to experience some idiots in our first night shouting very loudly in part of the hotel. So loud in fact it woke us up. It seemed little attempt at silencing them from staff. This was in the early hours of the morning. So it was perhaps unlucky.

This is a quaint little boutique hotel, nice lobby. Has an elevator . Rooms are small but have everything you need. There is coffee in the lobby available after 8am so not useful for an early morning start. We were also told the front desk was manned 24 hours. Check-in went smoothly and the attendant was excellent with information. Early morning help with Uber/cab was not available as promised . Afternoon staff also pleasant and helpful.

The rooms are very small, we could barely walk around the bed and there was no space for our luggage. The location is excellent, our window was facing the canal so we were not bothered by the noise of the nightclub next door

Very central location to the city centre. Staff very helpful. The only downfall is night noise due to a local bar/ band playing. The room is small but has a bar fridge and coffee maker. Very clean and comfortable.

The AC could work a bit better, however, staff, amenities, location, and everything else, was great. I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Amsterdam.
