The room was okay. It was a bit dirty in some areas but nothing too serious (example : behind the toilet or dust on the floor). The sheets were cleans the toilets had one stain and the toilet paper holder was broken. I did have an issue with house keeping being only by request and it's a fee. We didn't get new towels for our room due to that. Overall I would say it was a decent hotel and for the price it was worth it. The area was good and close to the train station. We had no issues with the front doors or room door. The code we received in our email worked however they sent multiple room code and number to my email and I just use the latest one when checking in.

I was charged a per day service fee even though hotels.com claims they are including the price, and then couldn’t check in. It took me over an hour to get checked in and was charged an early check-in fee which ended up being 15 min early once it was all said and done. The only person working said they would refund it but that didn’t happen and Hotels.com is no help. Hotel was in a good location to the subway and NYC, and it was clean. I doubt I would stay again due to the issues checking in and the hidden fees.

beware, there are no AC's in some units. Read before you book. Everyone coming in always have a hard time checking in. No one will help you, one in the reception but really cant decide anything.

Watch out for hidden fees! While Expedia collects the booking total, the property charges an additional mandatory $35/night "facility fee" upon arrival. This is very misleading because it was listed under "Optional Extras" during checkout, making it seem non-compulsory. To make matters worse, the property offers virtually no facilities to justify the charge—the room didn't even include basic paper cups. Extremely disappointing experience.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. After a 15-hour international flight, I arrived exhausted, only to spend over 1.5 hours trying to check in because the hotel’s non-contact eCheck-in system was confusing and full of errors. The front desk then assigned me the wrong room. I unlocked the door and walked into a room where another guest was sleeping. This was an unacceptable security and privacy failure that should never happen. After finally getting into the correct room, I found the shower unusable. When I turned on the water, muddy brown water, dust, and debris came out of the shower head. After such a long journey, all I wanted was a clean shower, but I couldn’t even do that. Around 2:00 a.m., I called to report the problem. The phone service was slow and unhelpful, and despite the room being unusable, the hotel could not provide another functional room. There was little urgency or concern, even though I had just arrived from an international flight. To make matters worse, the only compensation I received was a $40 refund through Expedia, which is completely inadequate considering everything that happened. From the broken eCheck-in system, excessive wait, and being given an occupied room to the dirty shower and poor customer service, this stay was unacceptable. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone and would strongly advise travelers to stay elsewhere.

The Check-in process was chaos ! Saw a few guest downstairs still figuring out their check in at 11 Pm! Towels are at “G”, Go dig a clean towel from there by yourself,Rooms are not clean enough , You might find old trashes in the bin clean it by yourlself if you need to use it!!!One thing i will give a five star is the bed ! So comfy and perfect ❤️

The first room they assigned me digitally, someone was already staying in there. They text you the room number and the code for the keypad. The front desk reset my reservation. The second room I went to had no been cleaned. The front desk reset my room reservation. I didn't feel safe given that the first room was the wrong number and keycode that someone was already in the room. I checked out and went to another hotel because I just didn't feel comfortable or safe that there system could accidentally give your room and code to someone else. While I was waiting at least two other customers were complaining. One person's keypad wasn't working and all their stuff was locked in their room. Another customer told me was trying to resolve at issue since 11am and the current time was about 5pm.

You have to check in digitally, and it is inconvenient because I had to make sure to always keep my phone charged since I don’t have a physical key card. The biggest downside was that the remote control of the television wasn’t working and when I went to let them know, the person in charge was busy. Then he disappeared for 37 minutes, I never got help. He never fixed my issue and never followed up since he never showed up. Security kept apologizing but this wasn’t his fault. I wouldn’t book here again.
