Excellent service recovery by the manager named Joy. She responded quickly, followed up promptly, and made sure my concerns were addressed. I really appreciated their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.

The kids enjoyed our stay. Very nice staff and helpful.

Was charge twice for breakfast

I think this is a great resort/hotel for the price. I found the staff to be excellent, attentive, and courteous. The pools are very nice for the kids and the water park is suitable for the whole family. The views are good and it’s close to a beach area. The restaurant was a bit pricey for the cost of the hotel but overall I give them a thumbs up!

Nice resort with everything youd expect buffets and lovely gardens and pools.

The room is not prepared , it was too hot and there are ants and flies. Aside from that , the towel has a pubic hair😔 very disappointed

Solea Mactan Resort Beware of this resort that is claiming to be a 4 star resort Building/Structure: it seems that this hotel only opened in 2019 if im not mistaken but the structures look very old and worn down And not well maintained Breakfast: The room is for 4 people but only 2 people are covered for breakfast. Additional persons over 5 years old are 450php per person Earth Restaurant- the restaurant next to the pool does not allow anyone in wet clothes But I saw someone the next morning During breakfast hours who was in their swimsuit and was soaking wet (I guess the rule only applied to some) Food is a mix of different cuisines Do not and I mean do not eat the PUTO MAYA it is absolutely upsetting You will also find the Danggit (dried fish) tucked all the way to the farthest corner in the back Past the bathroom! Lugaw is not Filipino style It is very white very bland and absolutely no seasoning at all AND ALSO if you ask for a to go cup for your coffee they charge another 50php just for the paper cup Room: 2/10 Our room door did not lock And there were no bathrobes and slippers that were intended to be included with our room Our room had a broken bathtub drain, and the maintenance man came to “fix” the bathtub and as soon as he opened the drain All the water flooded to the bathroom floor Mind you this was around 8pm And when I called front desk They did not even offer an alternate room! My kids haven’t showered and were already tired and ready for bed F
