Much improved… visited 2022 and was disappointed with the club breakfast, poor food and beverage options there and slightly tired space. This has been revamped and is now worthy of a 5* hotel. Breakfast choices excellent this time in the club, improved quality and options! Proper, fresh orange juice not diluted. The rooms are the same and very clean but starting to feel a little tired so could do with a refresh. Staff friendly and pleasant but communication surrounding pool closures is poor. Lots of closures due to events and there are others but a bit of notice would be good. Concierge not massively helpful or knowledgeable. Felt we knew more about the area and restaurants than they did! Really need to improve recommendations. Also they could do with updating their towels - grey and not fluffy.
Last time was unsure if would revisit and visited this time on a whim but would definitely return.
