I stayed at this hotel as a solo traveler, and overall, it was definitely worth the price. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the room was very clean with no issues throughout my stay. I was just a bit surprised by how the door worked—you need to push quite firmly and twist the lock multiple times below the doorknob to open it—but that was only a minor concern on my end.
One of the best things about this hotel is its excellent location. It’s right next to SM CDO Downtown—just turn right and you’re already at the mall entrance. Grab and Angkas drivers also know the hotel well, making it easy to find.
I had a great overall experience, and I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to CDO.

Seamless check in/out. The three big malls in the city's just around 5 to 10 min walk from the hotel. The nearest mall is connected through a foot bridge at the 2nd floor of the hotel. 7/11 and CBTL are also few steps away. Their service is good and the breakfast buffet is worth it.

I booked this hotel because I have to attend a convention in the same venue. It's a fairly good hotel for its price. The breakfast spread was acceptable. I am glad that the pork viand was strategically placed away from other viands so as to avoid cross-contamination of food. I'll book again for sure.

I had a great stay in New Dawn Plus, they offer complimentary drinks! It’s in the heart of the city so accessible to malls and restaurants

They're always a call away. Good customer service, no late check-in fee because we informed them ahead of time that we're stuck in traffic. 3rd time staying here! Always our go to hotel whenever we are at CGY! Thank you!

had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with fresh linens and a cozy bed that made it easy to rest after a long day. The housekeeping staff did a great job maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made the experience even more relaxing. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Location wise; near to restaurants like Sentro, near parks & museums, and near Mana Bandeps Pasalubong Center. Room is spacious enough and quite. Staffs are really friendly and helpful. The free plated breakfast is generous. Please take note that bathroom is glass but frosted. Overall, recommended this hotel in CDO.
