Art of Fruit and Vegetable Carving by Local handcrafter at Chiang Mai

Our skilled artist and handcrafter, Mrs. Thanamonphan (Apple) and her brother (Thakorn), will teach you how to carve fruits and vegetables. Come learn how to prepare your delectable food from them. It only takes excellent guidance, a little talent, and a lot of practice! Basic cutting skills are taught, as well as how to make a basic pattern out of vegetables and fruits such as carrots, mango, tomatoes, cucumbers, and other veggies and fruits. All of class you will wear Thai traditional dress and We’ll celebrate our successes by enjoying wonderful fruits on the terrace of a traditional northern residence when we finish our carvings together!
