Warm reminder

• One ticket per person, entry by ticket. Please prepare your ticket (KLOOK voucher) and exchange for a wristband at the entrance before entering. After entering, the wristband will be used for identification. Please wear the wristband throughout the event.
• Children aged 12 years and above are calculated as adult tickets, and children under 12 years old are free of charge.
• Children who are free of charge must be accompanied by at least 1 adult with a ticket. Please bring your child's ID for reference, such as a health insurance card, and ask parents or guardians to take care of them throughout the event.

Ticketing instructions

• The ticket includes the entertainment tax.
• This event is one ticket per person, and you can enter the venue by exchanging your ticket or electronic ticket (QR CODE) at the entrance. After entering, the wristband will be used for identification. Please wear the wristband throughout the event. It is strictly forbidden to remove, exchange or resell it to others. If you are found not to have purchased a ticket, hold a ticket that is not for the same day, or not wearing a wristband, you will be charged the original ticket price.
• Please keep your tickets and wristbands carefully. If the tickets are lost, damaged or unrecognizable, no reissue will be made, and no voucher can be used to request entry or reissue tickets.
• The organizer is not responsible for the authenticity of the tickets purchased through unofficial ticket purchase channels.
• Audiences who purchase 2-day tickets (10/31-11/1) must cooperate to leave the venue after the performance on 11/1 (Sat). They are not allowed to stay overnight at the event venue.
• Audiences who purchase camping plans must purchase 3-day tickets and cooperate to comply with the relevant regulations of the camping area for this event.
• Those who have not purchased a parking permit should not drive to the event venue.
• The organizer has the right to prohibit any holder of fake tickets from entering.
• Please do not purchase tickets from unknown sources. If you are found selling fake tickets, you will be sent to the police for prosecution.

Prohibited Items

• This activity prohibits the bringing of any outside food (including beverages and alcohol), except for infant food. If caught, you must finish eating outside the venue before entering. There is a food stall area on the site. (Please refer to the camping instructions for the food regulations in the camping area)
• This activity prohibits the bringing of professional photography and video equipment, such as drones, etc., without the consent of the organizer. If the behavior that affects others' viewing of the program fails to be persuaded, the staff has the right to request to leave the venue and no refund will be given.
• Smoking is prohibited in the entire area except the smoking area. If you refuse to listen to repeated persuasion, the organizer has the right to ask you to leave the venue and no refund will be given.
• This activity prohibits the bringing of any kind of firearms, knives, sticks, metal, glass containers, firecrackers, fireworks and other dangerous items. In order to ensure the safety of the on-site activities, the luggage and vehicles entering the venue must cooperate with the procedures for security checks.
• This activity strictly prohibits the carrying, smoking, selling and trading of any controlled drugs. If caught, they will be sent to the police for handling.
• Long-handled umbrellas are not allowed in this activity (folding umbrellas are acceptable). If it rains, it is recommended to bring a raincoat.
• Due to venue restrictions and safety considerations, skateboards, scooters, roller skates, bicycles, remote-controlled airplanes, remote-controlled cars, kites, flag poles, laser pointers and other items that cannot pass security checks are prohibited in this activity (subject to on-site security checks).
• Only non-ferocious and harmless dogs and cats are allowed to enter the venue, and please wear a leash throughout the event. Please clean up your pet's excrement by yourself. If you violate the above rules, the organizer has the right to ask the owner to take the pet out of the event venue and will not refund the ticket.

Event Instructions

• Please do not drink alcohol if you are under 18 years old, do not drive after drinking, and do not drive after drinking. If you cause trouble to others due to excessive drinking, the organizer has the right to expel you from the scene and will not refund the fee if you refuse to listen to repeated advice.
• Drug use, alcoholism, third-party damage, fighting, gambling, storage of prohibited items or other illegal acts are prohibited in this activity. Violators will be reported to the police.
• Throwing objects, climbing over isolation facilities and any other dangerous behaviors are prohibited in this event. If an accident occurs due to violation of on-site regulations, relevant responsibilities and compensation for losses will be pursued.
• This event prohibits arbitrary destruction of environmental facilities and equipment. Violators will be required to pay compensation at the price.
• Please do not enter other people's camps without permission.
• This event does not provide wheelchairs and baby strollers for rental, but you can bring them yourself. Please assess the situation yourself.
• Except for the official booths of the organizer and contracted partners, the audience is not allowed to trade or distribute any promotional materials in the venue. The organizer may force violators to leave the venue and may not request a refund of the ticket price.
• Statement on the use of portrait rights: The ticket purchaser agrees and authorizes the Spring Wave Music Festival to shoot, use, modify, modify, and publicly display my portrait (including photos and video images, hereinafter referred to as portrait), name, voice, etc., and the works shot in this event. I agree that the Spring Wave Music Festival has full copyright for the above works (including the above authorized portraits, names, sounds, etc.), and its related companies, assignees, licensees and successors may use my portraits, names, sounds, etc. in all forms of works carriers and media. The Spring Wave Music Festival may present all or part of the authorized content through various media channels or printing methods, and may publish it publicly without further notification or consent from me, but my personal image must be respected when publishing it publicly.
• If the violation of the organizer's on-site safety regulations is serious and affects public safety, the organizer has the right to refer it to the police for handling and may not request a refund of the ticket price.
• If special circumstances outside the above regulations occur, the organizer reserves the right to modify, change, explain the event and cancel this event. For matters not covered, please refer to the Spring Wave official social group (FB/IG) announcement as the main one, and no further notice will be given.
• In the event of weather or force majeure, the organizer reserves the right to adjust the response or terminate the content of this event and change the venue and artists at any time.
• Before purchasing tickets, please understand and agree to the above regulations. If you do not agree, please do not purchase to avoid unnecessary disputes and damages. When purchasing and refunding tickets, it will be deemed that you have understood and agreed to abide by all the above matters.
