Luggage Services
- Pick up time for luggage delivery from the hotel to the airport must be at least 2 hour(s) before your flight departure time. Any extra cost due to an urgent request will be paid by the customer
- Each piece of luggage cannot be more than 32 inches (length and width total 180 cm), and cannot weigh more than 32kg
- Your luggage can be a suitcase, carton, backpack or bag (briefcase)
Additional information
- Please hand carry your passport, flight documents and other important personal items
- For luggage delivery from hotel, you may leave the hotel after taking photos of your luggage and storage receipt. The driver does not necessarily collect your luggage at the time you drop it off at the concierge
- If your luggage does not meet legal requirements, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. Customers will bear all losses, legal liabilities, and consequences that occur
- Please check your luggage upon pick up. Take a photo if you find something wrong for consultation with our customer service staff. After the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete and the operator no longer bears any responsibility
- A surcharge of USD15 will apply if you do not pick up your luggage within 30 minutes after the selected pick up time, to be paid via credit card in the local currency, payable onsite
- If the driver is made to wait for more than half an hour and cannot contact the passengers, the operator has the right to cancel the order and the payment will not be refunded
- For luggage delivery from the airport to hotels, if there is a flight delay for less than 60 minutes, the free waiting time will be 90 minutes after your selected drop off time. No refund will be issued if LuggAgent is not able to receive customer's luggage within 90 minutes
- For luggage delivery from the airport to hotels, if there is a flight delay for more than 60 minutes, LuggAgent has the right to cancel the order and make a full refund to the customer

- For luggage deliveries to/from the airport, your luggage will be personally collected and delivered
- For luggage deliveries to/from Airbnbs, your luggage will be personally collected and delivered on site
- For luggage deliveries to/from hotels, luggage collection and delivery will be handled by the hotel concierge
- For luggage deliveries from hotels, the drop off time is not the time when the driver collects your luggage, so you can just leave the hotel after taking photos of the luggage and storage receipt
