Operator's Safety Measures:
- HVAC System: the combination of antimicrobial filters and UV lights eliminate 99.99% of airborne bacteria, viruses and mold (compared to HEPA 99.97%), surpassing government requirements
- Face Covering: Masks are required for all guests ages 2 years and older, except when seated at tables. Guests with medical conditions are exempt. All team members all wear masks and also gloves during meal service
- Spacing: Our capacity will be reduced for social distancing
- Hand Sanitizer: will be available for all guests upon boarding and disembarking
- Entering, Seating & Exit: Practicing social distancing, guests will be seated from the stern to the bow and disembarking will be by deck, from the bow to the stern
- Prior to Boarding: We will disinfect high-touch areas including tables, chairs, dining room interior surfaces, flower vases, menus. Plus, all service items including service/drink trays are disinfected
- Guests have a temperature of 100.4 or greater, or exhibiting any symptoms of illness are required to stay ay home
