Luggage Information

  • Standard Luggage Size: 61cm. Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces
  • You may bring more luggage if the number of passengers is less than the limit (e.g. bring up to 10 pieces of standard sized luggage if there are only 5 passengers in a van)
  • The driver has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

Additional information

  • Please note that one child seat is equivalent to 1.5 passenger
  • Child seats may not be guaranteed during peak season due to limited stocks
  • If your luggages are large, please select a bigger vehicle for ample space. Otherwise, the operator has the right to reject the booking and recommend you to reserve a larger vehicle
  • The vehicle options are only for reference. If you have any questions regarding the vehicle options, please contact Klook customer service before making a reservation
  • One 24" luggage may be added for each one passenger reduction; two 24" luggages may be treated as one 28" or any larger suitcase
  • One child seat is free. Additional seats available for a surcharge
  • This vehicle is not stroller and wheelchair-accessible
