Luggage Services

  • Standard luggage should be with no more than 160cm in size (sum of length, width, and height) and 30kg in weight; very large luggage (250cm+ in size and 40kg in weight) may be accommodated based on operator's capacity

  • If your luggage does not meet legal requirements, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. Customers will bear all losses, legal liabilities, and consequences that occur
  • Please check your luggage upon pick up. Take a photo if you find something wrong for consultation with our customer service staff. After the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete and the operator no longer bears any responsibility
  • Your luggage can be a suitcase, carton, backpack, bag (briefcase) or ski equipment
  • Please do not store your cash, credit cards, passports, valuable and fragile items, items not allowed under Japanese law, live goods, frozen and refrigerated goods, electronic devices and items that are not suitable for shipping under current temperature conditions
  • You will be paid a maximum of JPY100,000 per damaged or lost belonging if the operator fails to secure your luggage. However, unintentional damages are exempted from this insurance
  • Please make sure to bring your claim tag when you pick up your luggage, the claim tag will be given to you when you check in
  • NLSC can keep your luggage for maximum 14 days
  • Daily rate of additional days will occur if customer is late to pick up
  • If you would like to store your luggage for more than 1 day, please proceed to purchase the matching days of your storage period as the quantity of your luggage
