Shared Melbourne Airport (MEL) Transfers for Melbourne

Confirmation:

Additional Information:

• Infants aged 0-3 can travel for free as long as they can sit on a parents lap
• Passengers aged 0-14 must be accompanied by an adult
• Each passenger is allowed to bring 1 standard check in luggage and 1 carry on bag
• Any extra pieces of luggage will incur an additional surcharge of AUD5 per item, to be paid directly in cash to the driver
• Larger items such as bikes, boxes etc. may be accommodated given that there's an enough space inside the vehicle. A fee of AUD10 per item will incur, to be paid directly in cash to the driver
• As this is a shared transfer service, the driver can not wait for late customers
• Important: Pick Up from Zone 1, 2 and 3 to Melbourne Airport require a minimum of 24 notice to secure your booking

Service Hours:

• From airport to CBD: 6:00am-10:00pm (every 15 minutes between 6:00am and 7:00pm, then every hour until 10:00pm)
• From CBD to airport: 5:00am-10:00pm (hourly)
• From Zone 2: (Inner suburbs to airport) Approximately 5:15am-10:15pm (every hour)
• From Zone 3: (Outer suburbs to airport) Approximately 4:45am-9:45pm (every hour)

Pick Up and Drop Off Information:

Airport Pick Up

• Meet up location: Groups and Charters area. You may also refer to the map
• Note: You must call Starbus on +61383788700 once you have collected your luggage, Starbus will check you in and provide instructions to guide you to the collection area
• If you do not have a mobile phone, please proceed to the Experience Oz travel desk which is located inside the Qantas Domestic terminal (T1) in order to be checked in, this desk is open between 7am to 7pm, outside those hours please call us on a public phone.
• If your flight has been delayed and you miss your scheduled time slot, please call +61383788700 for assistance so you can be placed on the next available service
• If you miss the last service of the day, you will need to travel at your own expense

Melbourne City Pick Up

• Please be outside the property 5 minutes before the scheduled pick up time
• Door to door pick up is available within Melbourne City (CBD) only, including Hotels, Hospitals, Private Addresses, Hostels, and Business Centers
• If your bus hasn’t arrived within 20 minutes from your scheduled pick up time, please call +61383788700. Please do not leave the pick up location without contacting the operator
• Your driver will drop you off at the Groups and Charters area at Melbourne Airport. Please check the map for your reference
