  • Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice

  • The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period
  • The SIM’s balance cannot be topped up. If you have used up all your data, you can purchase the same data plan
  • You can check your balance through the Tune Talk app or USSD
  • If you are experiencing difficulties with your SIM card, please call 13100 (Malaysia hotline) or +603 2772 0000 (international hotline) between 8:00-22:00 daily

  • 2G phones and below are not supported by this SIM
  • Once activated, the SIM card is valid for 7 days
