  • The device will be mailed to your hotel approximately 1 day prior to your arrival date

Additional information

  • Compensation Charges:
  • If you would like to extend and prolong the rental period, please contact the customer service center via support@cameracruuu.com. An additional surcharge of JPY2,500 per day will incur and must be paid directly to the operator.
  • A deposit fee of JPY20,000 will be collected before your order is confirmed. In case of damages, broken, or stolen items, you will be charged with the following:
  • GoPro: JPY40,000
  • SD card: JPY1,500
  • Camera Case: JPY2,000
  • Mini Grin: JPY1,500
  • Additional battery: JPY2,000
  • Battery charger: JPY3,000
  • Packages must be in-tact and well-maintained upon return. Damaged, lost, or stolen materials and mailing label will be rejected and additional charges may incur
  • Delivery is available for hotels in Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Kyoto, Hokkaido, and Fukuoka. Delivery to Okinawa, Airbnbs, and residences in Japan are not available
  • Please wait at least 2 days to have your package delivered. Delays often occur due to a variety of unforeseen circumstances and inclement weather conditions
  • Return deliveries are available anywhere in Japan, including Okinawa and isolated islands in Okinawa, for as long as the area has a 7-Eleven or FamilyMart store
  • Fill in your complete hotel and contact information upon check out. The package will be delivered straight to the front desk of your hotel approximately a day prior to your date of arrival
  • You will be required to present your valid passport upon pick up
  • A deposit fee of JPY20,000 will be collected before your order is confirmed. After receiving the notification from Klook, you will receive a deposit link from the operator. Otherwise, your order will not be confirmed
  • The deposit will be refunded upon returning the device
  • 50% of the deposit will be subtracted if you the rental period exceeds without prior notice
