  • For customers with Airbnb/hotels located within Hoan Kiem district, Ba Dinh district, and Tay Ho district, please choose ‘Inside the Hanoi Old Quarter’ packages
  • For customers with Airbnb/hotels located within Hai Ba Trung and Dong Da district, please choose ‘Outside the Hanoi Old Quarter’ packages

  • The SIM card will be sent to your hotel's front desk before your arrival
  • Kindly show your passport to the front desk staff for verification. Once done, you may pick up your SIM card
  • Please note: If you do not receive the SIM Card from the desk staff, please contact the operator as soon as possible. The operator’s customer service hotline can be found on your voucher
  • Airbnb Delivery
  • The SIM card will be sent to your Airbnb on your date of arrival
  • The operator will coordinate the delivery time with you in advance
