Activation procedure
- The SIM card will be activated automatically. No registration is required
- The SIM card is valid for your selected duration on a daily basis. If you activate your SIM at 23:59, it will count as one day
- Please see the instructions in the manual that comes with the SIM card package

- SIM card must be activated before 30 June 2020

- No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made
- Delivery fees will not be refunded once operator has mailed out the sim card

- The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period
- This is a Data-only SIM card. Calls, texts, or topping up additional credits will not be possible
- If you are using a new phone, please ensure you have used it with a Malaysian SIM card and made calls of at least 10 minutes to unlock it, or your phone will not be able to use an overseas SIM card
