• For the Departure Shuttle Service (hotels to airports), you will receive a confirmation email with a SuperShuttle Confirmation Number and pick up time directly from the local operator

Additional Information:

• Children will be charged the same rate as adults
• Children aged 0-15 must be accompanied by a paying adult or guardian
• Children aged 0-5 must be secured in a child safety seat. Please bring one as it is the parent's or guardian's responsibility
• Please fill out your Flight Information and Destination Information at the checkout page. Refusal may cause the failure of your shuttle service bookings
• Klook and SuperShuttle are not responsible for any damages to or loss of your personal belongings
• For International Flight Departure Shuttle Services, the driver will pick you up at your Manhattan hotel at least 4 hours prior to your flight departure time
• Once the van departs for the city from the airport, the route will be determined by the locations of all the passengers' hotels; the closest ones will be prioritized
• The transfers are wheelchair and stroller-accessible. Strollers will count as luggage while wheelchairs will be stored for free

New York Airports Arrival Procedures:

• Step 1: collect your luggage at airport luggage claim
• Step 2: proceed to the New York City Express Bus agent kiosk
• Step 3: present the voucher to the agent at the kiosk for transfer assistance and instructions
• If you arrive after the Express Bus agent kiosk is closed (after 7:00 pm), please visit the Ground Transportation Desk and present your voucher there
• Please pick up a phone at the nearby transportation phone bank and dial 29 for SuperShuttle if the agent is not available at the Ground Transportation Welcome Desk

New York Airport Departure Procedures (Optional):

• There is no need to follow these procedures if you booked 24 hours in advance
• Please call local operator at 1 (212) 258-3826 or 1 (800) 258-3826 at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure
• Please advise the agent that you have a pre-paid voucher to avoid a duplicated reservation
