  • Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice

  • The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period

  • You will need to send across a scanned copy of your passport and visa on the email given on the confirmation voucher on successful booking of this activity for issuance of SIM card
  • The SIM card is pre-activated and the validity of the SIM begins as soon as it is inserted into the phone
  • The SIM card is valid only on the number of days indicated on the selected plan upon booking. If you wish to extend the validity of the SIM, please make another puchase
  • Both SIM card plans have a maximum of specified consumable data (depending on the package) valid within 30 days
  • IMPORTANT: Please allow ample time for the SIM card to be delivered to you, 1-2 days for major metro cities and 3-4 days for delivery in remote locations in India
