Additional Information:

• Please note: The bus is for non-Korean passport holders only
• Children aged 0-23 months are free of charge, provided that they do not occupy an extra seat
• Children aged 2+ must pay the same price as the adult ticket
• You can order up to 4 tickets at a time only
• Each bus has a maximum capacity of 31 passengers
• Eating, drinking, and smoking are not allowed inside the bus
• Please choose your boarding time upon booking
• You can change the boarding date or time once if needed. Please contact the phone number that can be seen at the bottom of your voucher at least 2 days in advance to change the date or time
• If your flight is late and you cannot catch your bus on time, you can take the next bus. If the next bus is full of passengers, please wait for another bus
• Insurance is not included. We recommend you to purchase insurance for minor accidents before coming to Seoul
• In case of any emergency situations (such as failure to find the meet up point), please call the phone number that can be seen at the bottom of your voucher
• The bus is not wheelchair/stroller accessible

Luggage Information

• Each passenger can carry up to 2 luggages. Each luggage must weigh less than 30kg and must be 160cm in width, height, and depth
• For luggages that weigh more than 30kg, please pay 50% of the bus fare per luggage on site
• You are responsible for your own luggage. Please keep an eye on your belongings at all times
