Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity starts
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• A full refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
• Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
• Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 24 hour(s) or more
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 2 participants. If this happens, you'll get a refund
