- Delivery schedules: Mondays-Fridays only
- If you wish to have the SIM card delivered to your mailing address in time, please allow ample time for delivery and book at least 3 working days before your expected date of collection
- SIM card delivery to East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak) is not available
Activation procedure
- The SIM card will be activated automatically. No registration is required
- The SIM card is valid for your selected duration on a daily basis. If you activate your SIM at 23:59, it will count as one day
- All SIM cards must be activated before 31 Oct 2019
Cancellation policy
- No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made
- Delivery fees will not be refunded once operator has mailed out the sim card

- Additional Information: Calling and texting services are available with this SIM card, which will be deducted from your free credits (HKD40 or MYR20.) Please check the following table for reference
- If you are using a new phone, please ensure you have used it with a Malaysian SIM card and made calls of at least 10 minutes to unlock or your phone will not be able to use an overseas SIM card
- If you face any issues with your SIM card, please call +6013 688 1010 (Mondays-Fridays, 9:30am-6:00pm) or reach out to the operator's WhatsApp tech support line +6011 2021 8888 (09:00-23:00, Monday-Friday)
- Please note: This SIM card cannot support Huawei/Xiaomi/Vivo/Oppo, or any phone models made in China that were purchased before 2017
